The demo phase is complete. All city inspections have been complete and approved. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, gas, insulation, sewer yard lines, framing and more.
Our next step will be repairing and installing drywall and repairing textures throughout. We will then transition quickly to tile preparation for all showers and floor systems.
This is a multi phase project and we are proud to be working with great customers and our team to deliver a great experience and final product.

Currently, while we are finalizing blueprints and city permits, we are making some garage improvements in preparation for the start date. This will allow the customer a place to store things while we are inside working.

This project was a result from a prior contractor incorrectly waterproofing the shower and causing leaks in the ceiling downstairs.
Master shower renovation! You notice in the photos we waterproofed the shower pan and show all the steps in this process. In addition, we relocated the shower valve to be turned on prior to stepping inside the shower. Avoid getting wet until the water is where you want it!
An alternative to a seat or bench are the inserts on each side for shaving/washing.
